  They have a beautiful showroom and a huge selection, unfortunately their customer service is awful! If I didn't have a tile man waiting at my house for the parts I needed I would have gone somewhere else. I was made to feel like I was wasting the young ladies time that was helping me.

  Not good service and we try really hard to not use the box stores. These people keep promising that the tile would arrive, then the next day - not shipped, then the next day - need to check, then the next day - ditto. I would not recommend using them.

  I had a wonderful experience with Melissa Camara of the International Tile and Stone - Daytona, Company. I was having difficulty with the installation of my carpeting on my new townhome. Melissa was a great help to me. When I got the new carpeting that was ordered for my master bedroom, it was gorgeous! I loved it! I loved it so much, I contacted Melissa the day of the install, and asked her if I could get the other two rooms, my den and second bedroom done with the same beautiful gray carpeting. Melissa jumped right onto that. She told me to get the measurements, and I used the same installer Celso, that International Tile and Stone Company used. Melissa ordered my carpeting immediately, and within two days, Celso was able to pick up the carpeting and we made a date for the installation. Melissa was so kind throughout this procedure. It is because of these two great people, Melissa Camara and Celso, that my home is just as I want it to be. Thank you so very much for the beautiful , top-notch quality carpeting, service and installation. I am thrilled with the results of their efforts, and personally thank the two of them from the bottom of my heart. Outstanding products, and outstanding service make me one happy customer. I highly endorse Melissa and Celso and commend them for being outstanding employees of this very lucky company. Ask for Melissa and Celso, they are the dynamic duo, and I am one SATISFIED customer!!
