  DO NOT ORDER FROM INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS. The delivery was scheduled for Monday, Feb 13, 2017. On the 14th, I called and ask where it was. Because a manager was not on duty (per Karena-worker) they couldnt do anything with the order (they forget) and will have the manager call me back by Feb 15, 2017--meanwhile not delivering by pre-paid order.

  Horrible Horrible customer service. We will never order from Edible Arrangements again because of this location. SHARI BERRIES ALWAYS! Husband ordered 24 chocolate covered strawberries and balloons on Saturday. May 7th for delivery on Saturday, May 7th by 5PM. No strawberries so I called at 10AM and said their driver stole the truck and went south. That the strawberries could be delivered today or pick them up. We chose to pick up and Chelsea said to pick them up after 3PM then husband gets a call from them asking for credit card number for a refund because they can't make any more arrangements today. I called and asked why did Chelsea say to pick them up after 3. The manager who says she is a manager that won't give her name says Brittany should have never took the order yesterday so I said well it's Mother's Day and you should be able to fulfill this order from yesterday. She said I don't care that's it's Mother's Day. I said did you just say that she "yep". I said, what is your name and she hung up on me.. I called back and asked for owners name. It amazes me that no one in this store knows who they work for. I go to the store to give them my credit card for a $123 refund. Chelsea at the front desk eating chocolate covered strawberries in font of customers. She said how can I help you. I told her who I was and wanted to give her my credit card for a refund and she laughed. I said. oh it's funny isn't it? Bottom line horrible customer experience and will never be ordering from Edible Arrangements again... I left a message for John Holmes owner in New Smyrna and I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow morning.
