  Very happy with the service provided. My computer I thought was toast when I went to go turn it on and nothing happened. I first went to the geeks at best buy, they quote me almost $300. I said no thanks. Found bit tek and I figured I would get a quote. Not even an hour later I get a call with them telling me it was ready to be picked up. I get down there ready for a big bill when they tell me no charge. I could not believe it. These guys are awesome, don't even waste your time with the other geeks.
